When we fitted this oak parquet floor the walnut banded boarder was manufactured on site this customer precise requirement. .We then sanded down the parquet floor to make all the blocks as smooth as can be then stained the walnut banding to look very uniformed in colour. The floor sanding we did on this lovely oak parquet floor in Morpeth was then finished with 3 coats of satin hard wax oil.
