We started this job by removing the skirting boards once the skirting was removed we then trimmed down all the doors and undercut door frames . We then we used a self leveler screed once that was dry we then started fitting an oak engineered parquet floor in herringbone design with no boarder. This floor was 400 x 90 x 18mm brushed and mat lacquered fitted in the kitchen ,hall ,toilet and the lounge and we finished in the lounge by framing the health.
Then we cleaned up the skirting boards and refitted them by glue screwing and pinning them then we caulked for the finishing touches ready for painting.
