This oak hardwood flooring was in poor condition when we arrived
The solid oak flooring was fitted in 2006 and glued to the concrete sub flooring and was originally oiled . We sanded back this solid oak floor removing all the stains and scratches. After sanding the floor we then polished the floors in this property in Houghton -le-Spring in a 2 pack chemical and alcohol resistant finish with very hard wearing finish. Then a few months later we did additional work in another part of the house.
