Sustainable Flooring

tree with green background

Floorcraft NE only install flooring products that are produced from sustainable forests.  To be sustainable, a natural resource’s yield must be produced continually from generation to generation, without depleting the resource. A more insightful definition was crafted by the United Nations back in 1987

To be sustainable means to "meet present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs."

For Floorcraft NE customers this means that certain species such as Merbau, Mahogany and Rhodesian Teak are no longer available except as reclaimed timbers.
